I find Planhat's ability to create views of data that almost anyone can understand incredibly useful. I really appreciate their workflow builder; it's great. What stands out to me the most is their customer success team, which is truly my highlight. The support is consistently great, and it's reassuring to know their development team is always working on enhancing features.
