"Our experience with Planfix"

What do you like best about Planfix?

Due to our business closely related to communicating with customers day-to day, we use Planfix every single day. The interface is nice and easy to understand once you get the hang of it. Our team is satisfied about experience with Planfix, we were really happy when all of the things which our business required was possible due to functionality. What I personally find amazing, is how Planfix team communicate with its users and updates about recent news. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Planfix?

We would be excited to see direct integration of whats app (without third party). And possibility of integrationg Planfix with more partners especially in Kazakhstan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Planfix solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a lot of customer data which is very important for us to keep, Planfix allows us not only for CRM but also for keeping an electronic copy which is easy to customize at any moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
