I use Planbase to streamline provider schedules, which allows me to push availability slots into Athena EHR efficiently. I find its AI tool valuable as it will save me almost 5-10 hours a week from manually entering schedules. I like the claim shifts feature because it lets me add hours to specific days or providers in particular states where we need additional capacity to see patients. I also love that I can instruct the AI tool to take certain actions, and it's generally pretty accurate.
