"Unmatched UI/UX and Robust KYC/AML—Plaid Is the Ideal Partner"

What do you like best about Plaid?

As a project manager, working with Plaid and thier system has truly helped with our internal processes. Thier UI/UX is unmatched when building intense and robust features to integrate into our app. Specifically, the KYC and AML services. Of course thier bank connections are very robust as well, and they have many different products, but the performance of the services together has been nice to keep in one ecosystem. What do you dislike about Plaid?

I have no downsides. Even when it comes to pricing, they have many different options if something doesn't work for you, and you can customize your account to fit where you currently are with scaling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Plaid solving and how is that benefiting you?

Overall, we needed to work with a company that was big enough to be trusted but also "small" enough to still have compassion for smaller companies. Plaid may be an 8 billion-dollar corporation, but they still have the compassion and empathy that smaller businesses really appreciate when starting an ambitious project. Having a partner that supports you along the way is something we didn't know we needed, but we were glad Justin at Plaid was able to show us.
