What do you like best about Pladinum?

They have professionals in many areas in-house. Before we contacted Pladinum, we worked with a hosting company, then hired a third-party WordPress developer, and then an SEO specialist to optimize the website for us. All three ended up crossing over each other, and we got fewer results back.

What problems is Pladinum solving and how is that benefiting you?

They host our website on WooCommerce, which is quite heavy due to WPML translations and lots of product attributes. What they’ve done goes well beyond basic hosting: their support has been excellent, and they also helped as WooCommerce experts to adjust and fix the checkout exactly the way we wanted, without needing to install plugins in most cases, which we appreciate for privacy reasons.

Pladinum also helped us optimize speed through their Quic CDN and fully tuned everything with LiteSpeed. The performance improvement has been a real life-changer for us; seeing TTB at 0.16 is impressive. Thanks for the amazing job and all the work! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
