Using PL/SQL it was easy to track or query or amend the package/stored procedure it's easy to track which is most efficient and very handy than other SQL applications. Also PL/SQL has the commit & Rollback options, where it doesnt create an impact while running update or delete or insert statement. My work is most dependant with the PL/SQL Developer to run the queries in databases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
