**What do you like best about PL Rating?**

I use my PL Rating account every day to quote and renew my auto policies. It helps me a lot as it's a time saver. When clients ask me for a quote, I can provide the quote in minutes, which is super easy. I really like how the system can save information and provide quotes quickly. If I want to search for information regarding my clients, I can find it easier on the system. Also, the process to quote is easy and quick. The initial setup was very easy, and the assistant helped us complete the setup in minutes.

**What do you dislike about PL Rating?**

I believe that if you guys had a field on the system that I could add the loss payee (lienholder) information, it would be better.

**What problems is PL Rating solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use PL Rating to quote and renew auto policies daily. It's a time saver, allowing me to provide quotes in minutes. It stores client information efficiently, making it easy to access details and streamline the quoting process.

**What do you like best about PL Rating?**

I like that the majority of our carriers work with PL, saving us time when quoting, and improving performance, since we are a high volume office that takes A LOT of calls. It integrates with our other products, such as Agenzy Zoom, QQ Catalyst, nd it makes it easy to bridge information.

**What do you dislike about PL Rating?**

I don't like that it is kind of finicky if we don't have some info, it might not give us a quote, and then we have to start the quote fresh in a specific carrier website. Although I will say this has improved since we first started using PL

**What problems is PL Rating solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to give our clients the best pricing in the least amount of time. The amount of time we save is a major ROI across the board. Well worth the investment. It reminds us the important UW questions to ask.

**What do you like best about PL Rating?**

I like PL Rating because it's great and works well. I've trained several others to use it in multiple agencies I've worked for. I appreciate finding the best price and the ease of use, which saves time. I really like PL Rating.

**What do you dislike about PL Rating?**

Some carriers might not have the best questions set up for them, and the deductible options we choose might not work with them. It appears they might have the best price, but then after bridging over to the carrier, we might find a lot of changes, or they might not qualify, which is frustrating. The carriers should really consider coming up with better questions. Also, is there a way to add a DWELLING FIRE PRODUCT to the rater? We quote a lot of rental or landlord policies at our agency and this option would help a lot! :)

**What problems is PL Rating solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use PL Rating for personal lines quoting, saving time by avoiding quoting each carrier individually. It helps find the best price and is easy to use.

**What do you like best about PL Rating?**

It's easy to go through the quote process and the questions are presented in a logical order.

**What do you dislike about PL Rating?**

A lot of the quotes change once you bridge to the carrier website even though you entered the quote information accurately.  It still gives you an idea of where to go with the quote, but I only use it as a reference and don't rely on it when providing customers actual prices.

**What problems is PL Rating solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It benefits us because we can get the information entered in all of our carriers at one time.  It's also easy when paired with other Vertafore products.  We also use QQ Catalyst and you can bridge from Catalyst into PL Rating and the vehicle/driver information will automatically transfer.  That's a time saver.

**What do you like best about PL Rating?**

We like that you can transfer customer and policy information from AMS360 & Agency Zoom very easily. This saves time not having to enter information more than once.

**What do you dislike about PL Rating?**

Continue adding more carriers. Include more prefill data for customers.

**What problems is PL Rating solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tough insurance market has led to an increase in clients who want our agency to "shop their policies for better rates." Transferring existing customers' policy information from AMS360 to PL Rating is a great feature that simplifies re-quoting.  It cuts the time to quote by 75% or more and allows us to serve our clients better and build a stronger relationship with them.

**What do you like best about PL Rating?**

I like how easy PL Rating is to use and how it simplifies the process of searching for customers. It displays a list of recently worked customers, which saves time by making the search process quicker. Also, it allows us to move quotes to all our carriers' websites, avoiding the repetition of entering customer information individually. My manager mentioned that the initial setup was practically flawless.

**What do you dislike about PL Rating?**

When the risk in eligible, I wish it could give reasons better as to why it is ineligible

PL Rating helps find the best carrier by handling many options. It's easy to use, quickly searches customers, and shows recent ones. It saves time by transferring quotes to all carriers, avoiding repetitive data entry.

**What do you like best about PL Rating?**

I use PL Rating to sync with various carriers from my CRM to quote different customers efficiently. It helps me get initial rates and then bridge over to those carriers, which makes the quoting process much easier. The ability to get quotes in bulk saves me from the hassle of going to each carrier website individually to input information, reducing redundant typing. By allowing me to enter customer information once and sync it across carrier websites, PL Rating saves me from entering data multiple times, thereby streamlining the whole process.

**What do you dislike about PL Rating?**

I wish PL Rating was less expensive. I wish it looked prettier. It definitely looks like it's a system from 1985 and could be updated to have a cleaner aesthetic. I also wish the cost was easier or less costly and didn't require crazy contracts. A lot of the rating systems require contracts, which feels outdated. Also, the initial setup can be confusing, especially making sure information is entered accurately for each producer and carrier in the PL Rating system.

PL Rating syncs with various carriers from my CRM, letting me quote customers and get initial rates easily. It bridges to carrier websites, saving me from inputting customer information repeatedly and reducing redundant typing.

**What do you like best about PL Rating?**

I like that PL Rating is pretty simple and straightforward in a consolidated way, allowing us to do as many quotes as possible with as many carriers as possible. It really helps with time efficiency by reducing the amount of manual data entry, enabling us to quickly and efficiently quote as many companies as possible.

**What do you dislike about PL Rating?**

I'm really frustrated with PL Rating because a lot of carriers have opted out of it or we can't use it most of the time. Since we're a California-based agency, I can only use PL Rating for private passenger auto risks, and that's about it. I can't use it for homeowners insurance, landlord insurance, renters insurance, dwelling fire, or condos. It's frustrating because these are the areas we need it the most under current pressures, but we don't have access.

I use PL Rating for multi-carrier rating, making quoting efficient by reducing manual data entry time. It's simple and straightforward to quote as many companies across carriers as possible.

**What do you like best about PL Rating?**

I like the fact that PL Rating has a lot of different fields and while some fields are required, some are optional. I can put in a lot of information that then carries over into individual carrier sites. I also appreciate that it lets me put in all the information once, instead of having to enter it separately in a dozen different carrier websites. It's helpful because all of the carriers are a bit different, and in PL Rating, the information is always in the exact same spot. I don't have to hunt around and find the different screens to enter it on each carrier website. It was an extremely easy software for me to learn when I started working here.

**What do you dislike about PL Rating?**

It's not a dislike, just a suggestion - if possible, I would really love the ability to quote other things besides home and auto, like motorcycles, boats, RVs, and renter policies. Right now, these options aren't available.

**What problems is PL Rating solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PL Rating helps me compare insurance quotes quickly by letting me input information once instead of entering it over and over on different carrier websites.

I like PL Rating because it simplifies quoting and makes it easy for me to bridge to any company. I just have to input very basic information, and it automatically pulls all the customer details to the company offering the best rates. The initial setup was super easy too.

**What do you dislike about PL Rating?**

I think the system's appearance could be more modern. The letters might be too small, and the overall feel of the system seems a bit old.

**What problems is PL Rating solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PL Rating centralizes quoting, so I don't need to go company by company, saving time. The simplicity of quoting and easy bridging to companies helps find the best auto insurance rates quickly.
