What do you like best about Emplifi?

The Pixlee team is creative, helpful, and a joy to work with. The platform has many features that work well out of the box, but with hands-on help from our rep and the developer team we have been able to adapt many of the elements to better fit our brand's needs quickly and easily. The Pixlee team also consistently provides our brand helpful feedback on possible optimizations to improve our engagement, UX, and influencer management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emplifi?

Workflow around the platform can be tricky at times when dealing with UGC and CRM, especially for new users. However, most of these hiccups can be attributed to updates from the social media platforms themselves and Pixlee's team is great at communicating those changes and workarounds as the platform adjusts in the meantime. What problems is Emplifi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our brand places a lot of emphasis on UGC in both paid and organic media, and has seen great success with UGC gathered and permissioned through Pixlee.
