Easy to find, permission, and download user-generated content. Quick and appealing widgets that display our favorite UGC on our websites, with lots of options on how to present and incorporate content into our overall marketing strategy. What do you dislike about Emplifi? There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to user experience and functionality. Certain icons and notifications are not clear until you search the help pages or talk to your account rep. Our team also wishes it were easier to see if we've already contacted or chatted with an Instagram user in the past. We also would like to have the ability to see if a user has posted/tagged multiple images of our brand, right now we have to do a search workaround which isn't the most efficient use of time. We needed a simple way to view, permission, and share UGC while making sure we were fairly crediting the original content creators. Pixlee helps us do that with beautiful albums that are easy to share on our websites.
