I use Pixel CTV primarily for cross-device attribution and conversion tracking. I really value the real-time data accuracy and the ease of integration. The platform provides immediate visibility into attribution that we couldn't get elsewhere, and the API documentation made it straightforward for our engineering team to sync with our existing data pipeline. The real-time accuracy allows our team to monitor data flow and troubleshoot discrepancies instantly, rather than waiting days for batch reports. The ease of integration is largely due to their clean API and well-structured webhooks, which reduced our initial implementation time by weeks and simplified our long-term maintenance. We chose Pixel CTV because it offered a turnkey, automated identity graph that handled the heavy lifting of cross-device matching for us, allowing our engineering team to focus on product development rather than maintaining complex, fragile attribution scripts. The initial setup was very straightforward, and since we use Segment, we got the basic event tracking live within a few hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the API is robust, the reporting UI could be more customizable for non-technical users. Additionally, expanding the documentation library with more diverse code samples for different server-side languages would make the initial setup even faster for teams with varying tech stacks. For the UI, adding a drag and drop dashboard builder would allow our marketing team to self-serve reports without engineering oversight. Regarding documentation, providing SDKs or boilerplate code for Python and Node.js would streamline the server-side event logging process, making the technical setup even more seamless for modern dev teams.
