What do you like best about Piwik PRO?

I really appreciate Piwik PRO's built-in GDPR compliance, which is crucial for us as we handle personal client details daily. This feature saves us from the hassle of continually updating cookie banners and privacy notices, fitting perfectly with Germany's privacy regulations. I love how simple and intuitive the interface is, making it easy for my small team of non-data analysts to understand key metrics like visitor locations and popular property pages without navigating through confusing menus. The reliable visitor and lead tracking is a big advantage, helping me identify and prioritize high-intent prospects efficiently. Additionally, exporting reports is straightforward, allowing me to share valuable insights with my team every week effortlessly. What do you dislike about Piwik PRO?

The mobile experience is quite limited. I’m often out in the field showing properties or meeting clients around Munich, and I frequently need to check website visitor data on my phone. The mobile version of Piwik PRO has a clunky layout, and some detailed reports cannot load properly. I can only view very basic traffic numbers, which means I have to wait until I get back to the office to check lead activity or popular listing pages. To start with, the current mobile layout feels cramped and disorganized. Many detailed report sections shrink down too much, making text and data tables hard to read. Many advanced page analytics and visitor activity logs are either hidden or fail to load fully on mobile. Filtering options are buried deep in menus on mobile devices.
