What do you like best about Pivotal Referral?

Pivotal Referral is a tool that gives my trusted partners a clear way to see that I’m quickly working on the people they send my way. It also makes it easy for them to send referrals to me by using a personal link created specifically for my business. With the cost being only $99 per month, I now have an affordable way to differentiate myself and gain even more referral partners. My favorite feature is the two-way communication that allows my referral partners and myself to see in real time what stage I am at with a referral, as well as us both being able to ask questions directly to each other within the platform! What do you dislike about Pivotal Referral?

It’s hard to find anything negative to say about this platform; it does everything I need to manage the referral relationships I have. I’m a big fan of apps, so if there’s an app available, I want to use it. Unfortunately, there isn’t an app for this platform, but I can still access everything on my phone when I’m on the go, which makes it easy to stay connected. What problems is Pivotal Referral solving and how is that benefiting you?

This platform helps me get my foot in the door with opportunities where it’s hard to stand out, or where I’d otherwise have to spend a lot of money on marketing. As an insurance agent, it can be difficult to differentiate myself, but this platform makes that easier. When someone sends me a referral and can see that I’ve contacted that person—and what stage I’m at in the process—it encourages them to send me more people, because they can tell how important that referral is to me.
