What do you like best about Pivot?

I love PIVOT because of how intuitive and smart it is at implementing all the different apps that I currently work with into one. I'm able to manage my pipeline much easier than I was able to before using Pivot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pivot?

What I don't like about it is the bugs that we have to get fixed all the time, like for instance editing a new buyer information. We are able to get our bugs fixed though when we submit them to our troubleshooting team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Pivot:

It's a more cost-effective way at managing a huge account base and migrating all accounts from wherever you are keeping them at than Sales Force Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pivot solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to manage all our accounts into one place, where before Pivot we had to go elsewhere and many different places to manage multiple accounts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
