What do you like best about PitchBox?

Excellent customer service. Always willing to help and answer questions quickly and efficiently. The system was very easy to navigate and user-friendly. Support and chat is easy to get through. I am able to upload my own CSV files and have Pitchbox create campaigns for me as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PitchBox?

Not able to search for information within the email itself. No way for me to star or highlight an opportunity that I would like to keep at the top of my Rolodex for future use. Those might be two of the things so far that I am finding that I wish they had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PitchBox:

Call to set up your trial of it, take advantage of evening during your trial. Ask tons of questions. It's truly a game changer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PitchBox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pitch box is sending out mass emails and sending them over a period of time, not just all at once. I love that about it. It helps me keep my projects separated and be able to work within each one when I need to. That was a big problem for me when I was just starting the Link building. Keeping projects separated and sending emails and getting email responses in each project is way easier now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
