What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?

Pipelinedeals is really great at our small company. It has plenty of useful tools but isn't too bloated. It's also waaaaaaay less expensive than some of the larger CRM's like salesforce Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?

The only thing I don't like is the inconsistency of data that gets sent back about your open rates when you send out a tracked campaign. Sometimes you can't tell if an email got opened or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pipeline CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pipeline deals helps me keep all of my contacts organized and helps me keep track of the multiple deals that I have going. It's been a really useful tool. I like being able to send and receive emails from it as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
