What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?

I love how easy the interface is to use!! In our office we have employees aged 23- 63 and everyone is able to pick up on the system SUPER FAST!! We love how easy it is to use the customer service interface and would recommend to everyone who does what we do!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?

So far, I have had NO ISSUES! When we had trouble with logins, we were able to get tech support SUPER FAST! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Pipeline CRM:

What problems is Pipeline CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We currently use Pipeline for all of our customer data entry and tracking. Sales people go into the field and meet with several customers on a daily basis, and with Pipeline we are able to track and manage quotes and bids from one point of view instead of tracking in several different systems!
