We especially appreciate the leadership insights selection report and development report, which serve both the hiring manager and the participant or candidate for their development. I also admire how these reports contain information on leadership potential and skills, using a multi-method assessment for precise measurement of skills like mentoring, coaching, influencing others, and communicating clearly.
