**What do you like best about Workleap?**

What I like most about Workleap is the insight it gives us as HR managers. The Pulse Surveys are excellent tools for helping gauge employee satisfaction as well as dissatisfaction. I also appreciate having options for one-on-one interactions with both employees and managers. The Good Vibes platform is great, too, for encouraging employee morale and recognition.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The only thing I dislike is that customer service is handled entirely online through chat or self-help. There isn’t a phone number you can call to speak with someone directly.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workleap has helped us bridge the gap in employee satisfaction. We now have a clearer understanding of what staff like and dislike, the suggestions they have, and the areas we need to focus on improving as a company.

It’s been one of the most truly one-stop platforms/tools for bringing employee experiences together in a single, cohesive place. It covers engagement, performance, recognition, and feedback in a way that genuinely feels integrated rather than stitched together. It’s also easy to use and intuitive, which makes it a strong fit as an all-in-one platform.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Customization can be one of the downsides of Workleap. You may run into challenges when trying to tailor it to your specific needs and use cases.

Pricing can also become a consideration as you scale, especially for smaller teams or startups that are trying to balance cost with the features they need.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workleap helps address fragmented HR processes—when engagement surveys, performance reviews, feedback, and recognition are spread across separate tools—by bringing them together in a single, unified platform. It also tackles the lack of real-time visibility into employee sentiment and performance by using pulse surveys, continuous feedback, and AI-driven insights, which makes it easier to understand what’s happening as it happens and respond accordingly.

What I like most about Workleap is the way it fosters a positive, people-first experience—making feedback, growth, and engagement feel natural instead of forced. What I dislike most about Workleap is that some features can feel a bit complex or overwhelming at first, especially for new users. There’s room to simplify certain workflows and make the learning curve smoother so teams can adopt and benefit from the platform faster.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workleap addresses the challenge of fragmented performance, engagement, and talent management by bringing these essential people processes together in one intuitive, real-time platform. It helps ensure feedback happens on time, goals stay aligned, and performance conversations feel meaningful rather than purely administrative. For me, this reduces manual coordination, improves clarity around expectations and progress, and supports more consistent, positive employee experiences across the organization. Ultimately, Workleap helps us stay focused on development and impact instead of simply working through checklists.

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

It improves the employee experience with engagement tools that provide recognition and better drive performance with an easy-to-use interface that everyone can learn very quickly. Weekly surveys ensure that employees receive accurate recognition. All the features provide a clear view of each employee's performance in their area, allowing them to properly incentivize those who deserve it.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Customer support is slow in responding to tickets because they have limited hours, and if an urgent ticket is submitted, it can take up to three days to be resolved.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It improved employee performance because they are more committed to quality and performance, and receiving recognition motivates them more to do their jobs well. Surveys also help validate employee stress levels or satisfaction, so action can be taken to improve if something goes wrong.

Barley has completely transformed how we manage compensation by making it intuitive, data-driven, and incredibly efficient. With powerful reporting, forecasting tools, and scenario modeling, we were able to confidently plan our comp review budget and make informed decisions. The ability to pull from multiple benchmark sources and gain visibility into pay bands helped us stay competitive and consistent—both for current team members and new hires.
The comp review process itself was seamless, thanks to configurable workflows, built-in guidelines, and easy-to-use comp letters and approval chains. Barley’s platform is accessible to everyone—from HR to people managers—and continues to evolve with regular updates and excellent support. It’s a first-class experience that’s made compensation planning easier for experts and non-experts alike.

While the product is continue to introduce new enhancements, they are top of the line and consider all users. There are none I can think of at this time.

I wish there were more customization options for surveys and better integrations with the tools we already use. The analytics could also be more detailed

Barley is the simplest, most intuitive compensation management tool I have ever seen or worked with. It is flexible and really easy to integrate with our HRIS system (we use BambooHR). Morever, the team at Barley feels like an extension of our HR team - working with us every step along the way to take into account our specific needs and mopdify as needed.

I can't really think of any downsides. Highly recommend.

We used Barley for our annual merit process, automating painstaking work with the dreaded spreadsheets.

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The employees at Pingboard are very informative and helpful. I really enjoy attending their various webinars where they talk about updates to the platform and other HR subjects in relation with Pingboard's features. Pingboard currently serves our main need of providing an Org Chart and giving our employees visibility of our hierarchy and reporting structure. There are also various bonus features that I enjoy like being able to have a company calendar that displays holiday schedules, birthdays, and anniversaries. I also regularly utilize the survey feature.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Though I greatly enjoy that Pingboard has a survey feature, it can be a little difficult to review the results. Within the platform it is a bit tedious and clunky to review all of the feedback, and downloading it in excel doesn't provide easy viewing. I also use the survey feature to conduct contests where employees have to guess right answers, so it would be helpful if Pingboard had a feature for that, similar to the Survey tool.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pingboard helps me to gain feedback from our employees and gain a pulse on various topics. We also utilize the Applause feature. I have been happy to see our employees recognize one another with this tool. Overall, our main goal was to have an application that helps to show and explain our Org Chart.
