What do you like best about Ping?

We really liked the step-by-step onboarding process when signing up, which was well guided. It took not more than 5 minutes to have the basic setup in place. You can then take care of everything else in a central dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ping?

We are still missing a bit more granular analytics data. So far, the support was very responsive and open to our feature requests, so we will see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ping:

I would say it's worth giving them a try. Ping comes a free basic plan (even though we now upgraded to the Pro plan), but the basic setup is really so quick that there is no time lost in just trialing it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ping solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have several meeting rooms in the office that were becoming increasingly hard to manage through the calendars that we were using. It was a bit chaotic in the end, and people did not really cancel or edit bookings in case their plans changed. With Ping we now have a central place for the room scheduling, and on top of that Ping pushes our employees to check in for their bookings or cancel them. This resulted in increased availability of the rooms, and people can once again find rooms when they actually need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
