I really appreciate that Pimly is built on Salesforce, which makes integration with our existing systems much more streamlined. It's been able to handle our extremely configurable product structure, which is no small feat. Having a central hub for all our product information, instead of scattered systems, is a huge improvement. The vision of being able to update product data in one place and have it sync everywhere is exactly what we needed, and Pimly is getting us there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main challenge has been with the integrations. Setting everything up and getting all systems to talk to each other has taken longer than expected, partly due to turnover and resource balancing. We're still not fully integrated, and some manual processes remain. While that's not entirely Pimly's fault, it's a pain point.
