What do you like best about Pilot - Business Travel Planner?

I really like having the ability to enter my interests and having recommendations automatically fill out an itinerary. It's a great starting point for planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pilot - Business Travel Planner?

I want to be able to modify/add interests at the itinerary level- not specific "things to do," but keyword search the same way I was able to when I create the trip. Maybe this function is available, and I just don't see it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pilot - Business Travel Planner solving and how is that benefiting you?

Collaboration. Planning a trip with my mother is NOT easy, but being able to share the trip board with her allows us to add our personal "must dos" without five hundred emails and texts and phone calls. And the interface is so intuitive- without trying to sound ageist, even my mom can use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
