What I like best about Pigment is its clear and intuitive interface, which makes it easy to navigate and work with. The learning curve is also relatively manageable, so it doesn’t take too much time to get familiar with the platform. I also appreciate that Pigment continuously introduces new features, such as the new visualisation capabilities, which make the platform more flexible and useful for different planning and reporting needs. 1. Things dimension, metrics are not easy to digest 2. The access right is not easy to set up for different use cases, e.g. to allow budget owners to be able to see numbers in his/her cost center only, it takes too many steps. 3. when we tried Frame in the Berlin user group workshop, the agent could not deliver a proper visualization with the given prompt, and the Pigment team was not able to identify what's the root cause.
