A flexible, powerful tool for interdimensional analysis across all of a company’s reporting axes. Pigment truly fits its software category as an “Enterprise Performance Management” (EPM) tool. User experience is fully customizable, offers a wide variety of settings. Integrations are fairly easy with the support of an IT team. Performance is great even when handling billions of dimension intersections. Pricing is high which is often the case for this kind of tool, but not as much as competitors. Support is reactive and efficient. AI capabilities are still in progress but the documentation agent is already proficient in finding and it's already possible to create agents or scheduled AI missions.
