I really enjoy the flexibility of Pigment's dashboarding; it’s been able to meet every request from clients, and I haven't found a chart we couldn't make. The ability to multi-select items from a list within a dropdown is super helpful, especially compared to Anaplan. The introduction of frames is incredibly exciting and offers vast capabilities that will delight clients. I also find the natively sparse engine fantastic for handling large data lists, saving us from what's typically a heavy computational workload. Furthermore, I'm impressed by how fast Pigment releases new features and how swiftly it's enhancing its AI capabilities. The development, customer success, and support teams at Pigment are friendly and supportive, adding to the overall positive experience. The test and deploy feature is particularly useful, as it allows us to strongly position Pigment for our clients. The user access and security setting in Pigment is the hardest to set up. It seems to be a bit overengineered, offering too much flexibility, which can be overwhelming.
