What do you like best about Picovoice Voice AI?

What do you dislike about Picovoice Voice AI?

My only complaint is the price, but to be fair, they clearly understand the value of what they offer. In my opinion, the alternatives just don't measure up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Picovoice Voice AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is absolutely fantastic! I dedicated a lot of time trying to build this myself because I needed a wake word engine for the web. I experimented with rustpotter and openeakeword using a custom wasm, but both were challenging—I couldn't get either to work reliably, even after extensively training them with my own voice. In contrast, I was up and running with porcupine in under two hours, whereas I spent about 160 hours trying to make the others work. Porcupine has performed exceptionally well in my application, which uses an AI wake word to access a realtime LLM, and it truly feels magical. The wake word training process is outstanding, and I can't emphasize enough how simple it is to deploy and start using. It's just incredible! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
