What do you like best about Physician Sign Out?

Physician Sign Out is a web platform that also has a mobile application, is very easy to use, has a simple and minimalist interface, provides a very complete database of patients, in addition to the clinical history, allows the customization of data templates according to their requirement, so you can insert , notes , prescription pharmacological and documents such as studies , clinical or laboratory and images. It allows the transfer of clinical cases or patients depending on their condition or pathology to the corresponding medical department or specialty. Therefore, this program optimizes the provision of medical services and patient management in a safe and effective way. It has a very affordable price, offers unlimited users and patients, in addition to a free version and a free trial of 30 days.

What do you dislike about Physician Sign Out?

It is a very complete and functional program, however I would like a modernization of the interface since I consider that it is very simple, for example I would like to be able to differentiate according to the pathology they are the colors that can be visualized the clinical histories, or to be able to insert labels. What problems is Physician Sign Out solving and how is that benefiting you?

Thanks to Physician Sign Out, we have increased our effectiveness in the care of medical cases, from emergency room we transfer patients, in my case as a radiologist, those who require studies of this specialty, once these studies are done, we proceed to insert the images of the studies in the digital clinical history, This allowed us to establish an automated methodology that does not present critical knots.
