What I like most about Phrase is how intuitive and efficient it is for managing multilingual translation projects. The translation editor is easy to work with, terminology and translation memories are well integrated, and the quality assurance features help reduce manual checks. It has significantly streamlined our workflow, improved consistency across projects, and made collaboration between project managers and linguists much smoother. Overall, the platform is very reliable, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Some advanced settings and workflows can be difficult to locate, especially for new users, and certain administrative tasks require more clicks than necessary. It would also be great to see more flexibility in reporting and customization options, as well as continued improvements to performance when working with very large projects. Before using Phrase, managing multilingual projects and keeping terminology consistent across multiple languages was much more time-consuming. With Phrase, we can centralize translation memories, glossaries, and project workflows in one platform, making collaboration much more efficient. This has reduced manual work, improved consistency across projects, and significantly shortened turnaround times.
