Photopea is easy to use and access. It has all the basic photo editing tools I need, and they are pretty easy to use. In addition, the Layer, Select, and Filter features can be very helpful for more complex tasks. For those who are looking for an online (and free) alternative to Photoshop, I highly recommend Photopea. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
