What do you like best about Phenom Applied AI?

Some of the database search capabilities are not intuitive or easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Phenom Applied AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a team of dedicated Talent Sourcers. TXM allows us to use the workflows just for them, and create a separate one for our Recruiters. It also drove up our candidate conversion by allowing us to 'see' more perspective candidates through leads and partial applys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
