What do you like best about Phasio?

Phasio is fantastic because it lets us tailor workflows and quoting to our specific business needs. Using TypeScript equations for pricing has enabled automated quoting with pricing algorithms that reflect how we actually operate, rather than relying on preconfigured tools from a software provider. Factory Floor gives us insight into jobs in production, so we can see exactly where they are at any given time. Phasio’s part specifications also help us maintain consistent manufacturing requirements across orders, which improves quality. With MCP AI integration on Phasio, we can leverage AI to optimize and analyze both manufacturing and pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Phasio?

The user interface and overall interactions within Phasio have evolved quickly over the past year. While I appreciate the steady improvements, it can sometimes be difficult to keep up with the UI and workflow changes, especially for someone who isn’t an everyday user. What problems is Phasio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Phasio has given us the opportunity to implement an automated quoting storefront based on our pricing equations, which traditionally had to be handled through email RFQs and spreadsheet calculators. Factory Floor has also provided visibility into jobs in production that we didn’t have before, enabling better capacity planning and more consistent on-time production.
