What do you like best about Phasio?

Phasio has significantly accelerated our time-to-market and considerably reduced the man-hours we dedicate to quoting customer-supplied parts. The integration of an LLM interface has also enabled us to fine-tune our quotation algorithms for both additive and subtractive manufacturing in ways we simply couldn’t do before. What do you dislike about Phasio?

Nothing really comes to mind under “dislikes” for Phasio. We rely on it so much that we’d definitely feel it if there were an outage, but that hasn’t been an issue. The only downtime we’ve experienced has been during upgrades, and even then it’s been limited to about an hour or so. Overall, I don’t have anything to complain about. Features such as instant quotations, real-time status updates, design collaboration, and order management through a digital storefront make it easier for engineers to stay on top of their work. With these tools in place, engineers can manage up to ten projects at the same time, compared to just two previously, without sacrificing customer engagement. Overall, Phasio has reduced production times by 30% and lowered operational costs by 20%, positioning it as a valuable tool for manufacturers looking to scale and innovate more effectively.
