What do you like best about PharmASSIST Symphony Systems?

System update improved the user interface. Became a lot more user friendly, faster, and touch screen compatibility was a plus! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PharmASSIST Symphony Systems?

Some patient's prescriptions were "lost/missing" from the interface (perhaps a lag in the system). It was hard to discover the mistakes until a data entry technician or patient asked where the prescription went. However, PharmASSIST customer service and technical support were very helpful in helping work out the kinks during the month of the new system update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PharmASSIST Symphony Systems:

When using pharmASSIST in your pharmacy, it is very helpful if you have more than one station for technicians + 1 station for a pharmacist. It is very compatible with automatic medication dispensers/counting cells, although it does not have a feature compatible with Kirby-Lester counting machine. Using PharmASSIST and learning it took me less than a day. Very easy to pick up and user friendly. There was no learning curve at all! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PharmASSIST Symphony Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before, the older PharmASSIST system was slow and did have some lag as well. The audit trail is very easy. Hard Copy Rx view available to the technicians is a unique feature not available in other pharmacy software, allowing for even technicians to catch mistakes in the Rx before it reaches the pharmacist. I believe using the PharmASSIST system greatly reduces medication/prescription error that otherwise may occur with other pharmacy software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
