What do you like best about Perspective?

I use Perspective for onboarding clients and repetitive interviews, and I find it user-friendly for data intake. It really solves the problem of calendar stuffing by allowing asynchronous interviews, which are more convenient for interviewees and more efficient for us. Perspective ensures that all the data gets collected and is ready in a usable format. I appreciate how the backend routes data through channels like Slack and (with custom workflows) into tools like Google Docs. The interface is smart and helps construct interviews effectively, and it did a good job translating our prescriptive briefs. Lastly, the people on the team are really helpful and responsive. What do you dislike about Perspective?

I mean, it's a very new product. I think any of the problems are really just growing pains for a new piece of software of this level of complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
