I like that no matter what the client asks us to add to the website, we can make it happen with Personyze. It might take a few tries, but we never had a case where we couldn't do something. The product recommendation algorithms are top-notch, and the content personalization has given us a huge time management leap from custom development and custom modules and plugins in CMS. The Personyze team actually did the initial setup for us, and it wasn't that hard to understand what to do. I'd give Personyze a 10 in recommendations because their team is always there to help. The UI is a bit hard to understand if you are not really familiar with Personyze, and the excessive tools might give you many ways to do something, which makes finding concrete solutions a bit hard.
