What do you like best about Personio?

The look and feel is great, as many employees also report back to us. The personnel list and all associated functions are very helpful and noticeably ease the work. Interfaces could be independently set up well thanks to the DeveloperHub. In my experience, the system is very robust: problems occur rarely and only locally, and are resolved in the shortest time, usually only we in HR notice anything. The support is outstanding, a type of service that has pleasantly surprised me. After one to two hours, no questions remain unanswered here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Personio?

Here, the occasional product gaps sometimes present us with challenges. Even though the offerings and quality of the modules are rapidly evolving and the customer feedback seems to be really well-received, there are still a few wishes left unfulfilled here and there. What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?

The continuous digitization of our document management, moving away from Word templates towards Personio templates with placeholders that are directly filled with employee data and signed via online signature, saves a lot of work and facilitates the path to a more modern, paperless way of working.
