What do you like best about Personio?

Personio makes everyday HR tasks really easy. Requesting leave or time off is simple and quick, and the interface itself is clean and intuitive, so I never feel lost trying to find something. Accessing documents, payslips, and personal information has also been smooth and hassle-free. It made onboarding-related tasks easier too, everything I needed was in one place and easy to navigate, even as someone new to the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Personio?

Honestly, nothing major comes to mind. It's been smooth to use overall, and I haven't run into anything that's been a real pain point so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Personio brings all the essential HR stuff, leave requests, payslips, personal documents, into one central place, so I don't have to chase different people or systems for basic things. It's especially helped during onboarding, since everything I needed as a new hire was easy to find and access without extra back and forth.
