What do you like best about Personalize?

It's easy to use. The results are great. Increased my email open rate by over 50% and increase by click rate by over 500%. Integrates easily with my ESP and CRM and e-commerce app. It does all the hard segmentation for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Personalize?

What problems is Personalize solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to segment my database by what products/services they are interested in. Instead of this being a manual process or a guessing game, I am able to accurately know what products a person wants and send them timely marketing touches using that data automatically.
