Sometimes lip synchronization is not perfect on certain words or long phrases, and manual adjustments need to be made. Also, the cost per minute of video can be somewhat high when handling projects with a lot of content. Thanks for the detailed review. Spanish to English with natural lip sync is one of those pairs that's easy to get partially right but harder to get consistently right at production quality, so hearing it works for your bilingual deliveries is encouraging. Replacing voice actors with direct lip-synced delivery is the kind of workflow shift that compounds for production companies competing on turnaround.
On intonation and tone control, there's an audio tag feature that may help. You can insert instructions in square brackets to guide tone or delivery, for example [whispered like ASMR], and the voice adjusts. It works better with some source videos than others, so worth trying. If it isn't behaving as expected, the chatbot at the bottom of the platform is there to help.
