What do you like best about Perplexity?

Deep Research feature — Often praised by researchers and professionals for its in-depth investigation capabilities.

What do you dislike about Perplexity?

Dependency on external AI models and high operational costs are clear drawbacks. As a Pro subscriber, I’ve also run into issues when switching between models, along with low-quality sources at times and fluctuating rate limits. Compared with ChatGPT-style tools, Perplexity feels more limited in conversational depth and isn’t as strong for creative writing tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
