I like that they are constantly updating the offerings through the platform so there is always something new to look through. **What do you dislike about PerkSpot?** I do not like that it is a somewhat dated interface. The marketing and incentive does not always seem appealing. While there are diverse offerings, it is rare that I am incentivised to select. **What problems is PerkSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Letting me know where employee perks are. If not for that email blast I would not know that certain services or goods could be purchased at a lower rate. I like that it has a wide offering. ### 3. Also, the website is very easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about PerkSpot?** At times, having my reviews be 'graded' makes me nervous lol. But for the actual website, everything works as should. Great page navigation and download speeds. **What problems is PerkSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Businesses have a better idea of what consumers really want and need. The platform is very simple to use and includes many different employee perks from a wide range of categories. I've used PerkSpot way more than I thought I would. They also send up emails weekly about new and popular perks that we should take advantage of. I've used it for discounts on my cell phone bill, movie tickets, hotels, and theme park tickets. **What do you dislike about PerkSpot?** For some items, the instructions aren't super clear on how you can claim the offer. Take a little digging, but it's always worked out for me. They also offer support if needed. **What problems is PerkSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Adding on additional employee benefits. It gives employees a wide range of benefits to choose from and I believe many have taken advantage of the unique offerings that are on there. ### 5. She does a great job at finding the answers! **What do you like best about PerkSpot?** PerkSpot has so many different discounts, I love being able to offer them to our employees. **What do you dislike about PerkSpot?** Nothing comes to mind, I have been pleased with their service. **What problems is PerkSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employees have one more avenue to save money. I appreciate the fact that PerkSpot discounts reach our warehouse and retail employees, It's just one more special perk of working at Ace. ### 7. United has a lot of discount partners and deals. Keeping up with expiration dates, owners for deals and answering employee questions was becoming difficult to manage. **What do you like best about PerkSpot?** PerkSpot's ability to manage eligibility is my favorite feature. **What do you dislike about PerkSpot?** I do not have dislikes for the platform. **Recommendations to others considering PerkSpot:** You will be happy that you did it. **What problems is PerkSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?** The need to manage discounts internally is no longer necessary. We have a lot more time to focus on other work. ### 8.
