I guess, if anything, I would say having workshops would be a nice way to gain knowledge. **What problems is Perion One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Paragone is allowing me to look into all of the platforms I need to for my campaigns all at once. Also being able to view the CPM in order to avoid any trouble shooting has been very helpful. ### 6. I liked how we could get the data in real-time and set it up for automation so we would not have to do it manually. **What do you dislike about Perion One?** I didn't particularly appreciate how their support team was unavailable for EST hours. I also did not like the load times for their dashboards. Additionally, we kept running into an issue with budgeting and ad creation. **Recommendations to others considering Perion One:** I would say that the sales people were really considerate and listened to our needs. They did the best with the resources to get us answers in a timely manner. **What problems is Perion One solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were trying to solve the problem of ad creation time within FB and data organization and automation. Paragone is good at responding, and makes an effort to help with the things we find trouble with. **What do you dislike about Perion One?** There is still some bugs that needs to be fixed, and some things which is not functioning as well as it could. **Recommendations to others considering Perion One:** It is a great tool for getting insights into social media performance. **What problems is Perion One solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving problems in terms of overview of the different social platforms we are running campaigns for. Their paid ads analytics is decent, thou. **What do you dislike about Perion One?** I found it a bit complex compared to social media management software, and there are very few customizing and metrics available for Paid Ads. Also, they could improve white-labeling features in the platform. **Recommendations to others considering Perion One:** If you're looking for a simple platform, evolve is not your answer but for people who want to dig deep into data, you can consider the platform. **What problems is Perion One solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are getting a detailed analysis of the performance of social media accounts and can monitor and track the growth of the profiles. It's all customizable so whenever you want to extract some insights you can go ahead and create your special Dashboard for that in a few minutes. Goodbye Supermetrics, Datastudio, connectors, etc. Also, you can create Media Plans, a nice visual calendar for each campaign, launch campaigns directly from the App and Automate some of the repetitive work through the Automation Tool. We always get help from the expert team and customer service is there when we need it. **What do you dislike about Perion One?** Nothing as everything is working perfectly for me so far. We are really expectant to start using the AI assistant for our daily optimizations. **What problems is Perion One solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Reporting and cross channels data visualization. -
