They are very personable and have been able to solve every problem I've had so far. The AI v2 that helps answers questionnaires for you is also very handy and a big improvement from the AI v1. The ThreatScape feature is also very nice. Not only does it assess publicly available information of third parties to provide an overview of their security posture, but also can recommend improvements on your own environment. I also really appreciate the help center. This hosts a plethora of guides and information to help you navigate the platform. **What do you dislike about Perimeter?** While much better than AI v1, AI v2 does still have some wrinkles to be ironed out. It occasionally misses some information in documents that can answer certain questions on a survey template, but not nearly to the degree of AI v1. There are also some quality of life improvements that can be made surrounding customization and personalization of the platform. For example, custom coloring for tags in the outbound solution.
