What do you like best about Perform.AI?

What do you dislike about Perform.AI?

They treated the perimeter assigned by our company. If possible, it would be very helpful if they could also help me resolve issues related to other carrier invoices that we don’t upload in the Parcel Perform portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Perform.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

They helped me understand some of the invoicing logic with our new carriers, and going forward they’ll also support me with checking their invoices. At the moment, I’m comparing costs and volumes between carriers and gathering all the information each time; in the future, I’ll be able to review those results directly in the Parcel perform portal.
