I like having Perfion PIM as a central hub and single source of truth for our product information. Updates are made once and carried through, so teams work from consistent, up-to-date data, with less duplicated effort and fewer errors or mismatches. I find it easy to use and learn, very user-friendly, and visually appealing with a modern design. It is still feature-rich, with new features often. I like setting up custom dashboards for each team, so it is easy to see progress and spot sticking points at a glance. It also fits neatly into our wider set of tools, and the regular, meaningful updates keep improving the platform. It has made my role easier and more efficient and cut down the time I spend on manual, repetitive tasks. I also like its flexibility: the data models can be shaped around our products and processes, and the user permissions and built-in validation help keep our data accurate across the platforms it feeds. It works well for collaboration because our teams can work from the same consistent, accurate, easily available data. I find that the web version still lacks a few features available in the Windows client, which can make it harder to mandate web use, though it’s getting better with each update. Syncing can also be a bit slower when there’s a lot of data. The initial setup was quite lengthy because it needed to be bespoke for our needs, though the Perfion team made the process easy.
