What do you like best about Perfion PIM?

What I appreciate most is how flexibly Perfion's data model can be adapted to our business - we structure data in a way that makes sense to us, rather than having to fit into a fixed template. Perfion gives us a single, central source for all our product data, and a major strength is that both product data and assets live in the same system, with no need for external APIs or integrations. On top of that come the strong automation capabilities through Action, where we as users can build automations ourselves - giving us the freedom to solve tasks without having to involve development every time. What do you dislike about Perfion PIM?

If I have to dislike something, it might be that there is a certain learning curve in the beginning, especially when setting up the right data structure from scratch - it requires that you think things through carefully from the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Perfion PIM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Perfion lets us collect and maintain all our data in one system and share it from there with e-commerce, ERP, and more.

With Perfion & PerfionDAM, we gather the entire data enrichment process for e-commerce in the same system

We can calculate and automate data points such as FSC/PEFC, EPR, CO2 data, weights, and others.

We also handle onboarding and follow-up on supplier data through PerfionMail with an attached Excel file.

We generate ready printable price lists directly from Perfion using prices pulled from ERP.

Overall, this has given us one shared place to enrich and manage data, where updates take effect across all channels - it saves time and gives us far greater confidence that our data is correct and consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
