The support is not so good for the user. Another major thing every time the company mail you any link of anything mail received almost 12 hours late. The company really needs to focus on this. EBS or I can say peregrine is based on dot net framework. Its framework is almost similar to Microsoft dot net, ut it provides many different options. This tool is simple to use for rapid action and development, as many things and GUI are just direct drag and drop based.
