What do you like best about Percent Pledge?

The ability to allow our employees to donate to charities that align with their passions and interests while also allowing our company to provide matching donations to those same charities. What do you dislike about Percent Pledge?

I think having a fully democratic platform could drive a wider but less focused impact, which is why we have a special company portfolio of charities that employees can donate to, similar to how a 401K fund works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Percent Pledge solving and how is that benefiting you?

Too often, many employees ask to donate to this charity or another, while many companies' charitable strategies align with their executives' interests. With the percent pledge, we could centralize our employees' philanthropic passions and interests and align them with our company's charitable giving strategies and efforts. The newest feature we love is the ability to bring together employees for volunteering events virtually or in real life.
