What do you like best about Pepper?

What do you dislike about Pepper?

There can be lots of documents and spreadsheets to keep track of and can be hard to find things at times. Its the nature of AEO though, there are alot of pieces to it with many different roles in the company involved. What problems is Pepper solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had zero AI visibility when we started working with Pepper. All of our competitors were being mentioned except us. SEO has never been a focus for us (for several reasons) so we were severely lacking visibility. We sell to a highly technical audience so we knew they were searching in LLMs and we knew we needed to do something about it, but it felt very overwhelming and we were too resource constrained to do it on our own.
