What I like most about Pepper is that it gives us a much clearer picture of how our brand is actually showing up across Google and AI platforms, and then helps us do something about it. It’s not just another dashboard that tells you there’s a problem and leaves you to figure out the rest. The combination of their AI agents and the team behind them means we can spot gaps, understand where competitors are getting visibility, and actually take action to improve it. I also like that we can work with our own data and get answers when we need them, rather than waiting for another report or weekly update. Overall, it feels much more like having an extension of our team than just using another SEO or AI visibility tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main downside is that some parts of the platform are still fairly new, so there are a few areas where I’d like more depth and flexibility. I’d love to see more historical data, more detailed competitor views, and broader coverage as new AI platforms become more relevant. A few integrations and publishing workflows are also still limited, which means some things still have to be handled manually outside the platform. That said, the product is evolving quickly, the team ships fast and most of what I have asked for has landed within weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
