What do you like best about Peoplise?

platform is easy, fast and fun to use. Customizable to any recruitment process flow. From a content rich microsite that helps leverage employer brand, social media sourcing, chatbots helping candidates along the way, best fit score, question templates, to psychometric assessments platform is designed for best candidate experience and saves time and effort for mass recruitment greatly. We also use it for newcomers onboarding, ensuring smooth and standardized experience for all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Peoplise solving and how is that benefiting you?

especially after global pandemic, peoplise solves the issue of remote recruitment, no longer requiring candidates to go through series of interview at the company office. Candidates can easily apply even on smartphones. Plugin and IT processes are fast. Creating a job post and recruitment workflow takes a few minutes and due to automatic flow and filtering the only job left to recruiter is final evaluation, which results in reduction in time to hire.
